Our inspector, Michael Connolly, is licensed by the State of Ohio to inspect for wood destroying insects (WDI) and include this service (A WDI inspection) with every inspection (no additional charge!). We are also licensed to test for Radon Gas. We use the Femto-Tech monitor (best in the business) to provide a detailed two day test for the presence of Radon gas. Our inspector, Michael Connolly has over 15 years full time experience in home inspection and prior to that 20 years experience in home building, real estate, appraisal and engineering. Michael Connolly is licensed for WDI inspections and Radon Testing. He also is certified to inspect for FHA. He is an ASHI Certified Inspector. At your home inspection, Michael Connolly will call upon his unrivaled experience and attention to detail to fully document any concerns with the home. Our report format includes a detailed written "narrative" style report (no check boxes and cookie cutter forms) complimented with digital photographs of all significant concerns. A picture is worth a thousand words and we will take as many pictures as necessary to detail the condition of your new home. The photographs are referenced and printed out in your report allowing for easy comprehension of any concern. We will send you an email copy of the report complete with all of the photos the day of the inspection and follow up with a hard copy (mailed). If needed, Michael Connolly will be available for further phone consultations. Our customer service and the value of our inspection cannot be matched. We go above and beyond industry standards such as ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) in the actual inspection. Michael Connolly performs and writes every assignment (we do not send out lesser qualified inspectors, like some other firms). The time to complete the inspection at the home ranges from two to three hours and then approximately that same amount of time back at the office writing and processing the report. This level of detail cannot be recreated at the home with an "on-site" produced report. Overnight delivery is available at no additional charge (within the continental United States).
